"Claudette Ortiz (born July 21, 1981 in Willingboro, New Jersey is an American soul singer of African-American and Puerto-Rican descent, most famous as the female in the R&B group City High although she has built somewhat of a name for herself as a solo artist especially with Wyclef Jean hit "Two Wrongs".

She was featured on Wyclef Jean's track "Dance Like This" on the Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights soundtrack, which was later remade by Shakira (as "Hips Don't Lie") in 2006. Other artists she has worked with include Nas, Ja Rule and rapper Mase. Maxim ranked Ortiz as the 99th most beautiful woman in the world in 2002."
